Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 minutes before the game start time, during the game, or after the game has started, as we are unable to fill the slot at such short notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
